Summary
The conference was opened by E Zhongqi, chairman of the CCPIT (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) Heilongjiang Sub-council. Speakers included Petr Nečas, former Prime Minister of the Czech Republic and President of the New Silk Road Infrastructure Development & Technology Association, Deputy Minister for Regional Development Olga Letáčková, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Eduard Muřický or Chairman of the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Vysočina Region, Richard Horký.
The program also included the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Vysočina Region and the CCPIT Heilongjiang Sub-council, as well as the New Silk Road Infrastructure Development & Technology Association and the CCPIT Heilongjiang Sub-council.
